The demands of athletes usually range from building foundational physical and physiological skills for mission essential execution, to injury prevention of load carriage, environment preparedment and more.

The FRF coaches each hold a Tactical Strength and Conditioning or Tactical Conditioning Specialist certification. This means we can program specifically and efficiently for your job demands, body needs, and performance standards.

We offer team training to boost overall unit performance, or individual programs to cater to personnel needs. All training supports the standards and expectations that the job demands for injury prevention and maximal performance gains.
