Sports Performance

The demands of athletes can range from building foundational physical and physiological skills for improvement, in addition to improved motor control, neural stimuli, emotional control, game demands, strategy, speed, and agility.

The FRF coaches each hold a Performance Enhancement Certification or master’s degree of sport performance.

This means we can program specifically and efficiently for your sport, ability, age, level, and goals. Additionally, both coaches have worked with many sports and types of training, if you would like to know more, you contact the coaches about their coaching experience!

We offer team training to ignite overall team performance, or individual programs to cater to player needs. All training supports the game-like skills needed for competition, while prioritizing injury prevention and maximal performance gains.
