Strength & Conditioning

The needs of clients can range from building foundational physical and physiological skills for improvement in movement, in addition to improved motor control, neural stimuli's, emotional control, force production, BMI manipulation, heart health, and more. If you have a need or goal in mind, we would love to help you meet it!

The FRF coaches each hold a Strength and Conditioning Certification. This means we can program specifically and efficiently for your needs and goals. We will also ensure to match you with the coach that fits you best, based on personality, education, experience, time zone and more!

We are pleased to announce that we now offer group training in 8-week programs, in addition to 1v1 training.

Training options currently include: 8-week prenatal & postpartum jumpstart, 8-week strength training foundation, 1v1 Foxtrot (low touch), and 1v1 Romeo (high touch).
