Welcome to the foundational strength training program by FRF!
Before we get started, let’s chat about the planning and thought process that went into this 2-month program. Firstly, strength training of any kind should be built from the ground up. This means that we care to foster proper movement pathways, mechanics, form, and techniques before progressing into compound weighted movements. Are there some accessory movements that fit in all progression phases, heck yeah! But for large whole health movements let’s take our time and nail it where it counts.
