We are a military spouse duo with a severe passion for health and fitness in all aspects of life. The biggest hurdle we as women face, is most notably-pregnancy and all its bodily changes!

This challenge will allow for you to celebrate your body in prenatal and postpartum stages without feeling like you lost your strength and ability for yourself and others. Join us for 8-weeks of self-esteem boosting, mood-boosting, strength-boosting fun and community!
