Our Passion

As two military spouses of active-duty Army men, Kelsey and Emilie saw an opportunity to use their education, knowledge, skills, and friendship to launch a business of empowering others to achieve their health and wellness goals in three large categories of expertise- without the BS. Since 2012, the duo has individually been helping clients achieve results through research-based and science backed methods of training to produce optimal results. Our specialties include Tactical Strength and Conditioning, Sports Performance Training, and Strength and Conditioning for special populations and general population.

A multi-faceted approach to prepare, maintain, and improve specific demands of the tactical athlete in order to maximize performance in the field or job setting. The term “tactical athlete” can refer to Military (broken further into job demand) police officers, firefighters, and emergency medical service personnel. The demands of athletes usually range from building foundational physical and physiological skills for mission essential execution, to injury prevention of load carriage, environment preparedment and more.

Tactical Strength & Conditioning

Training for a specific sport in a manner which decreases injury, maintains strength agility and stability, while improving competitive performance and skill demands. The term "athlete" can apply to all age groups and demographics with a specific sport to train for in which performance improvement is the goal. The demands of athletes can range from building foundational physical and physiological skills for improvement, in addition to improved motor control, neural stimuli's, emotional control, game demands, strategy, speed and agility.

Sports Performance

Training for improvement in movement, strength, and force production for better physical and physiological function. Benefits can include improved sleep, energy, cardiovascular health, joint health, muscular gain, improved BMI, decreased anxiety, AND MORE. All demographics can benefit from Strength and Conditioning training, athletes, general, and special populations. This includes geriatric, youth, prenatal & postpartum, disease management, weight management, athletes, and more!
